We use data to: provide and improve the Service; verify identity and comply with laws; process payments and settlements; communicate order updates; detect and prevent fraud; comply with regulatory obligations (e.g., NMDPRA, CBN); and for marketing where consent is obtained.

We process personal data on lawful bases including: performance of a contract, consent (where required), compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention, platform improvement).
